Delivery Policy

What we deliver

AppealSmith delivers digital documents and information only. Nothing is physically shipped, so no shipping address, courier, or delivery charge is ever involved.

Everything you buy is delivered electronically to your account and to the email address you signed in with.

Your free verdict

After you upload a denial letter, your verdict is generated and shown on screen — typically within a few minutes. There is no charge and no waiting period.

Your appeal package

Your appeal package is generated immediately after your payment is confirmed by Razorpay. In normal conditions it is ready within a few minutes of checkout.

The package includes your formal appeal letter, filing instructions for your plan type and state, and your deadline tracker. You can view and download all of it from your case page as soon as it is ready.

Accessing and re-downloading

Your appeal package stays available on your case page for as long as your account is open — sign in with your email magic link to view or download it again at any time.

We do not limit how many times you can download a package you've paid for.

If something doesn't arrive

If your payment succeeded but your package hasn't appeared within 30 minutes, check your case page first — delivery is to the account, not only to email, so a missing email does not mean a missing package.

If it still isn't there, email support@appealsmith.com with your case ID. We'll either deliver it or refund you under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
